Push / Pull / Legs Training Program

This program was designed by Fraser to create the hardest looking, strong, aesthetic physique possible. I have over a decade of experience through trial and error and creating training systems that WORK and are TOUGH.

The goal with the Evolving Alpha PUSH/PULL/LEGS Training Program is to progressively lift more weight over time. Track your weights, reps and sets and over time progressively overload using more weight and/or TUT (Time Under Tension).

This program is for advanced lifters or ambitious intermediate lifters, it is challenging – lots of hard compound lifts and a ton of volume too, but will yield massive results if followed correctly.
