H.I.R.T. (High Intensity Resistance Training) Protocol

This program was designed by Fraser to create the hardest looking, lean, aesthetic physique possible. I have over a decade of experience through trial and error and creating training systems that WORK and are TOUGH.

The goal with the H.I.R.T Protocol is to pack as much volume into each workout imaginable to achieve rapid and profound results.

H.I.R.T standing for High Intensity Resistance Training is a series of circuits with very short rest periods to get a large amount of work done in a short time frame. This program is for advanced lifters or ambitious intermediate lifters, it is challenging – lots of hard compound lifts and a ton of volume too, but will yield massive results if followed correctly.
