This training is designed to create nice, round shape in the shoulders and booty; while tightening the tummy and enhancing long, lean muscle definition through the legs. It is designed for training 5 x's / week and is designed mostly for gym workouts, however, some examples will be provided of how you can modify for home workouts. Most of the training is performed with barbells and dumbbells, which make training at home easier - we do not use a lot of machines in this program.
The plan also includes a meal plan to guide you on how to eat during the 8 weeks to support your training, but also help you lean out and begin lowering your body fat percentage. The meal plan explains what foods to eat when and how to structure your meals for the best result!
